This is a brand new beautiful 1-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2-car garage villa. Spacious enough for 10 people to share comfortably (just under 2000sq.feet in area). It is exceptionally well equipped, with all furniture of a very high quality standard and everything you are likely to need to make your vacation a pleasant stay.
Our villa is perfectly located on the prestigious community of Windwood Bay in Polk County. Windwood Bay is located on CR54 and is set in the natural, beautiful setting of Central Florida, surrounded by conservation land and wetlands.
Please note that for the comfort and safety of all our guests our home is a no smoking home, although you may smoke in the deck area and ashtrays are provided. Sorry but we also do not allow pets.
