Features of Our Villa
The private pool is 14 X 28, with the latest coloured fibre optic lighting, screened with edge to edge pool decking and can be heated for a small cost during the winter months. We are not overlooked from the rear, so you can enjoy lazing round the pool or enjoy a meal outside with total privacy. There is also a pool safety fence to keep your little ones and none swimmers safe.
Our villa has a Deluxe Master bedroom, 1 double room and two twin rooms all decorated in relaxing neutral colours with wall to wall carpeting and ceiling fans. In each bedroom there is a cable TV. The Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a full sized en-suite. This bedroom also looks out on to the pool area. All other bedrooms are of a good size and have ample garment hanging space
There are two living areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both of these have cable TV, Living room has a 20 inch LCD TV and Family Room a 32 inch TV, ceiling fans and sofas. Living room sofa can be turned into a sofa bed if needed. We also have a DVD and CD player. Eating areas consist of 6 at a large dining table in the Living room/Dining room, 4 at a smaller table in the Nook and 2 at the breakfast bar.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need such as microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator/freezer, pantry and all crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils.
We have our own Laundry room equipped with washing machine & dryer, iron & ironing board. You will also find we are well stocked with all bedding items and towels.
Games room which contains Foosball, Air hockey and and electronic dartboard. Pool Table and 2 adult sized bicycles.
As well as being fully air-conditioned there are ceiling fans in all rooms.
TV in every room (except games room) and High Speed Internet Access.
A 24 hour management company is on call in case you encounter any problems with your stay, and the home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping and pool services.
